Meet the Bullards
Calen Bullard
Calen Bullard is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant and former Civil Affairs Soldier with decades of experience in leadership, humanitarian operations, and community engagement around the world. His background blends military leadership, faith-based service, and organizational development, shaping a deep commitment to mentorship, discipleship, and relational ministry, especially with men and veterans.
A key focus of Calen’s work is military transition assistance, helping service members and veterans navigate the shift from military life into the civilian sector with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Drawing from his own transition experience, as well as years of advising others, he supports veterans in translating military skills into civilian leadership, career direction, and meaningful post-service identity.
In addition to ministry work, Calen provides leadership development instruction and executive coaching, equipping individuals and organizations to grow in character, decision-making, and execution. His approach is practical, experience-based, and grounded in the belief that leadership is behavior and growth requires reflection.
